Our philosophical principles

Our philosophical principles of naturopathic are what laid our foundation of naturopathic.

These are:

1- First, Do No Harm (Primum non nocere)
The naturopath choose the most non-invasive and least toxic treatments necessary for each patient.

2- The Healing Power of Nature (Vis medicatrix naturae)
The naturopath recognize the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.

3- Identify and Treat the Causes (Tolle causam)
The naturopath identify, address and remove the underlying causes of disease.

4- Doctor as Teacher (Docere)
Educating and supporting patients on personal health management is an important role for naturopathic. They empower patients to take responsibility for their own health. They also acknowledge the therapeutic value inherent in the doctor-patient relationship.

5- Treat the Whole Person (Tolle totum)
This is a holistic concept that recognizes the body as an integrated whole. The naturopath treat the patient, not the disease. A naturopathic assessment addresses the nutritional status, lifestyle, family history, physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental and social factors in a person’s life.

6- Prevention (Praevenic)
The naturopath promote a focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention.

Founder & CEO

I am a licensed naturopath and I am passionate about helping people regain control of their health in a safe and non-harmful way for their body.

As part of naturopathic services we perform:

Iridological exam: It is the study and analysis of the signs that are expressed in our iris. In other words, it is the science that determines acute, subacute, chronic and destructive stages in the diseased organs, by examining the corresponding areas that exist in the iris, in which one can observe drug deposits, inherent weaknesses and the habits of a patient’s life.
Acupressure: is to put pressure on different areas of the body. This pressure can be in the sole of the foot, in the palm of the hand and in the ear pavilion. Fingers, hand or exclusively thumbs should be used to relieve pain. This method is considered as one of the techniques of traditional Chinese medicine (MTC). Its main objective is to obtain the same benefits as acupuncture without the need to use needles.
Auriculotherapy: is a therapeutic technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which specific points of the ear and ear are stimulated to generate an effect on the body that favors and balances certain bodily functions. Its main objective is to obtain the same benefits as acupuncture without the need to use needles.
Mineralogram of the hair: laser spectroscopy to know the accumulated toxic metals and free radicals. Hair is the second most metabolically active tissue in the body (after the spinal cord) and minerals can be accumulated in it, in concentrations that are 10 times higher than the percentages present in the blood or urine.
Quantum test: identifies the signals in the body at the electro-magnetic level by means of a sensor and non-intrusive electrodes. The team then transfers this information in a matter of seconds to the analysis program which, through the process known as “Bio-Feedback” or “Feedback” uses complex mathematical calculations to provide the results numerically. These results are subsequently compared with the pre-established parameters in the program, thus determining the health deficiencies and strengths of the person evaluated.
Homeopathy: Created at the end of the 18th century by Dr. Samuel

Hahnemann (1755-1843), homeopathy is a therapeutic method based on the administration of medicine made from natural substances, the so-called homeopathic remedies, where for the manufacturing process it is essential to dilute and energize substances (strains) in a serial way; and the use of infinitesimal doses.

Phototherapy: Phototherapy is a treatment technique that uses electromagnetic radiation of natural or artificial origin for the treatment of diseases. The light applied can be visible, infrared or ultraviolet radiation.
Phytotherapy: This technique uses the healing power of plants to restore health to the human body. An example of this is the consumption of complexions, supplements made of herbs, poultices and infusions to heal. Specialized Supplementation Each individual has an individual body and that has to be supplemented with distinctive amounts and supplements. In this, the individual is evaluated and a supplementary plan will be carried out according to his body and his requirements.
Metabolic nutrition: it is a feeding system in which patients change their eating routines for a healthy nutrition profile, balanced and created especially for their metabolic and hormonal needs. This is the application of nutrition so that we take into account your body’s cells and the nutrients they need to carry out their function. When our cells function normally, health will be in an optimal state and will not suffer from any disease, it will even have a normal weight.
Management of pain naturally and without harmful effects to you. This part is intended to handle the pain that disturbs it, but in a way NOT harmful to your body. This will use the naturopathic techniques that best suits your case.
Management of conditions and nervous diseases. Nervous conditions and diseases such as anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, attention deficit and nerves make your body sick and limit you to a normal life. Eliminating these conditions your health will return to its normal state and you will have a good and healthy lifestyle.
Ionic detoxification: It is a therapy to permanently detoxify the organism in a non-invasive way. It is applied directly to the feet and allows the toxins of the body to be cleaned by immersing them in water with controlled ionization.
Chromotherapy: The application of colors to stimulate the cells of your body and that these repair the damage caused by different reasons, with this it will reduce and eliminate the pain of arthritis, fibromyalgia, and degener conditions
